DOORS:

  • Inspect: All rollers, bearings, cables, chains, shafts, track, slats, end locks, bottom bars and alignment as applicable
  • Adjust: All spring counterbalance assemblies, level of door and track spacing
  • Lubricate: Counterbalance shaft bearings, rollers, hinges, chain hoists, bearings and disconnects, etc.
  • Tighten: Hardware including hinges, couplings, drums, track brackets and hangers

OPERATORS:

  • Inspect: Operator bearings, disconnect linkage & ropes, chain hoist assemblies, safety equipment, treadle hoses and related controls, as applicable
  • Adjust: Clutch, brake, and limit assemblies as necessary
  • Lubricate: Bearings, chains, gear reducers, disconnects, and pivot points, etc.
  • Tighten: Sprockets, brake solenoids, draw-bar arms and hook-ups, etc.

DOCK LEVELERS:

  • Inspect: Hold down unit, springs, lip assist, rear hinges, lip assembly, hydraulic hoses and connections, as applicable
  • Adjust: Deck counterbalances, lip assembly, hold down unit, and linkage, as necessary
  • Lubricate: All pivot points, rear hinges, lip hinge, and shaft, etc.
  • Tighten: Linkage fasteners and cable clamps, if needed.

VEHICLE RESTRAINT:

  • Clear debris from around restraint
  • Inspect restraint mechanism for worn/damaged components
  • Lubricate where indicated
  • Inspect light communication system for inoperative bulbs and replace where necessary
