The Translift Guarantee to our valued customers is to provide a free service call to repair equipment within 90 days of a PM service on that specific equipment.
1. The guarantee is not valid if the customer decides not to implement additional repairs, parts or materials to correct a problem on equipment.
2. The repairs covered by free service call are those that should have been avoided by the preventive maintenance service performed within the 90 day period.
3. Parts and materials are not covered under the guarantee.
Discount Parts for equipment recommended as a result of PM.
Translift Customers will receive a 10% Discount on Parts used to repair defects found during the PM.
